Snapshot not working

I have read some of the previous answers on here regarding snapshot not working but it hasn't helped.  I click on the snapshot tool drag my mouse to select content and then I would normally get the "copied" pop up but this is not happening.  I did a repair and that didn't work.  I have uninstalled and reloaded the program twice and that hasn't worked.  I saw something about security settings may be causing the problems and if I go to edit, doc properties, security...then it shows that only printing is allowed - all other features like copying, commenting, etc is Not allowed.

Please help

    For this protected document you can't use the snapshot tool.

    after snapshot, select edit PDF on right task panel, right click your mouse and paste

      Hi Faisal,

      So basically I lost all of the snapshots I created tonight. I saw a list of eight of them when I was finished and was able to click back and forth between them, But when I clicked away from the app for a minute and clicked back all my snapshots were gone. 

       

      So, after each snapshot, i should be selecting edit pdf and then pasting the snapshot elsewhere if I want to save it?
