If you cannot use a newer version of Acrobat Reader you should at least update yours to 9.5.5, which is the latest 9.x version.

Go to the Help menu : Check for updates

I see you are in Windows 7. Support for Adobe Reader 9 finished 7 years ago. You are in no position to require any kind of solution. You are five versions behind, with many unfixed security issues. You haven't even put on the patches for Reader 9!

Thanks a lot for your repy.

Just to ake more clarity, your advice is to upgrade the Windows version or the Adobe reader version ?

Because computers are constatly under attack you should never run software that is past end of life. Acrobat 9 reached end of life in 2013, over 7 years ago!! Windows 7 reached end of life January 2020. So upgrade both.

But in the particular case of the problem, you say a solution is required for a problem with software when there have been six versions and over 100 fixes since your software... it is strange to demand a solution in such a situation.
