Speichern nach Signatur nicht möglich

Question

Hallo zusammen,

wenn ich eine PDF signieren will und dann auf speichern drücke, kommt folgende Fehlermeldung:

An fehlenden Rechten liegt es nicht, und tritt auch nur auf wenn wer vor mir schon die PDF signiert hat. Aktuellste Version ist installiert.

Thank you for reaching out.

As mentioned above, the error appears only if the document is signed by someone before you.

Please let us know if you are adding a digital signature to the PDF. Or adding the signature using the Fill & Sign tool.

Would it be possible to share a sample file with us? It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of the workflow that results in the error message.
