what about print and save as pdf-file and choose some pages?

This has nothing to do with design. Reader is not an editor, as the name suggests. So it can't modify PDF files, just display them. If you want to be able to modify and create PDF files you need to get a paid license or subscription to Adobe Acrobat.

No, that's not possible, either. There are no workarounds.
