Splitting a single page PDF in many

So I'm having a problem and I've searched everywhere can't seem to find the answer to my question. I am splitting a PDF into multiple pages. The PDF originally is one single page but has four sections that I need to split horizontally into individual PDFs. I'm not referring to two pages scanned as one that need to be split, but one single page that I need to split horizontally into four separate PDFs. Is there anyone who can help?
