Sporadic installation failure for Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Error 1722

Getting "Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor." while installing Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

We are getting this error with these versions  - 20.012.20041,​20.013.20064,​20.013.20074 & 21.001.20135
