We have form that have been created by our "forms creator" her in the office.  They are simple point and click and fill in the box forms.  They also include a "Clear From" and "Print" box.  We are running into issues where some users are unable to get anything to happen when they choose to print.  The only way to print these forms is to save them to the desktop and print from the saved forms.  This will sometimes turn into quite the hassle with some users.  Has anyone else run into this problem?

    Hi chadm67013065,

There have been changes with the modern browsers how they behave with PDF's. Most of them don't support Adobe's functionality to view PDF's Change in support for Acrobat and Reader plug-ins in modern web browsers

So, I would recommend the same saving the file to desktop and then work with the files using the Desktop app.
