Stamp/Sign and Fill not appearing once it is saved

I am using the new Adobe Reader DC and when I use custom Stamp it does not appear on emailed PDF. I am also having problems that the sign and fill does not show up after I have saved the file.  These features where working properly before but not longer.  Has anyone else had this issue and knows how to fix it?
