Stamps in reader

Hope you are doing well.

Are you looking for the Stamp under All Tools of Acrobat Reader? Or is it through the same part of the Document itself?

When you launch Acrobat Reader>go to Tools tab> Stamps and add Stamp.

Just ensure that the document that the other user is working with, allows the stamping. 

If it still doesn't show up, then make sure the version installed is up-to-date

Go to Acrobat> Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once (you must save all the work before restarting)
