Started free trial on acrobat pro today, when opened it says trial has expired. Does the free trail relate to the PC or the e mail address as my partner used the free trial facility last year?

Hello,  Today I downloaded the free trail for acrobat pro. When I open it the file it says that the trial has already expired. Does the free trail relate the PC or  the e mail address as my partner used the free trial option last year (different e mail address but same PC)? Please help! Thanks

    The trial relates to the PC. Either the trial was already installed once on that computer or something went wrong, like the date was changed halfway through. At any rate, there's nothing that can be done about it, unless you completely format your entire machine.

    It would be easier to just install it on a new computer.
