Stop permanent any update in Adobe Reader.

I have search a lot to find a way to stop permanent ANY update in our Adobe Rerader 2022

I change the registry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Adobe\Adobe ARM\Legacy\Reader\(product code)
Name "Mode"
Change from 3 to 0

Also the

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Adobe\Adobe ARM\Products\(product code)
Name "Mode"
Change from 3 to 0

In my last try i delete the file AdobeAdm.exe from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ARM\1.0

But the next day i found it in the same place.

I want to stop permanent the file AdobeArm running from my computer.

How can i do this
