Stop the top part of a page from moving when zooming in on Print Preview

I am trying to follow the steps that my colleague does when printing reports from Adobe Reader. When he zooms in on the print preview the top part of the statement does not move however when I try the same thing the top of the statement moves off the pages. His version of adobe reader is version 2024.005.20399, and my version is 2024.005.20414. That is the difference I can find since we both seem to have the same settings though out the rest of the print preview. Is there any setting I should look into to get the same effect, or will I need to get his version of adobe reader?

@zachary_3381 The discrepancy you're observing in the print preview zoom behavior between your slightly different versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader suggests a potential change or minor bug introduced in the newer version (2024.005.20414) regarding how the preview window handles zoomed content. While you've confirmed similar settings, it's worth investigating the "Page Scaling" or "Fit to Page" options within the print dialog itself, as subtle differences in how these are applied during zoom might account for the top portion moving unexpectedly on your end. Also, check if there are any specific "Zoom Level" preferences that might be saved or applied differently between the versions. If you exhaust all setting comparisons and still can't replicate your colleague's stable top alignment during zoom, it's plausible that this is a version-specific behavior. In that case, while not ideal, temporarily reverting to your colleague's version (2024.005.20399) might be the most direct way to achieve the identical print preview behavior, though it's generally recommended to use the latest version for security and feature updates.
