subscription not recognized

Good morning. I currently have a subscription to convert Adobe docs to excel. When I try to preform this task instead of converting the document it brings me to the purchase page. What needs to be done to resolve this issue?

Are you using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC or an older version? If DC, are you sure that you are logged in with the same account that you used to purchase?

Does it work if you try and export here? https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
