Suddenly I cannot print pdf documents using Adobe Reader with Mac

I have a 2016 Mac Book Pro with Adobe Reader (revision 11.0.18) which I have been using for approximately 2 months. The documents open with the default Adobe Reader and not in Preview. Until today I have had no issues whatsoever printing pdf documents. Today when I tried to print a pdf file I saw a very quick blink of the screen, almost imperceptible, and then nothing happened. I cannot get the document to print doing anything I can think of. All other documents I have will print normally. I read that selecting the preview mode would allow them to print but I have tried that to no avail. Thoughts?@

    Hi Gooleevar,

As per the given information I assume, that it is a specific file that you are unable to print?

Go to File>Print> Advanced>Try to "Print as Image" and see if that works.

If the solution doesn't work, then we would recommend you to use the latest version of application and  update the Adobe Reader XI to Reader DC.

    Regards,
