sudenly have no accesss to adobe reader service

Hi there

I have not use adobe reader for a while. Then when I tried to log in adobe reader recently, I found I have no access to adobe reader service anymore, although I can still log in the Community or change my password for adobe account. I was wondering how can I regain the access to adobe reader service ? I tried to log in Adobe Reader on ipad, a laptop and my phone again and again, there is a line telling me that I have no access  to the service anymore. If I found the situaton questionable, the suggestion is to contact Adobe constum service for support.
