Suggestions for Toolbar

Adobe toolbar needs to activate and deactivate using slow double tap instead of single tap and stop automatically scrolling up. When I want to keep my screen from dimming, I usually need to tap once and that causes the toolbar to appear/disappear and scroll, which can be prevented
