Support doesn't exist?

I paid $$$ to convert PDF to Microsoft doc, but it made a mess of the document..  Also, now I have to pay more money just to edit a PDF?  What kind of company is this where you have no online support?  Many out of work.  Hire someone to support these products instead of making people search for help on forums.  Can't believe the mess the document turned into after conversion from PDF to a word Doc.  Not impressed.

    Hi Larryg23294679,

    Sorry about the inconvenience caused.

    I have checked your account and as mentioned above you have subscribed for the Adobe Export PDF service. which does not include "Editing" feature.

    As its named Export pdf, so it would only turn the PDF files into editable Word, Excel, and RTF (rich text format) documents.

    Could you please let us know what exactly happening when you are trying to convert a PDF to Word document?

    And yes, we do have online chat support for the service. I request you to please refer to  Contact Customer Care

    1. You will be directed to "Need help? start here to get support"
    2. Select product- Adobe PDF services
    3. Please be sure that you are "Signed In" on the page with your Adobe i.d and password
    4. Select "Tell us what you need help with..."
    5. Then Click on "Still need help contact us"> choose Chat (you will be directed to the online live chat)
