Hello Together

 

Has anyone seen this and maybe a fix?

 

 

I tried different Settings but had no luck.

Hi there

 

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described the, symbols are blurred as shown in the attachment you have shared.

 

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat/reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Also please check for any pending/missing updates for video driver and try updating it and see if that helps.

 

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and check.

Hi there

 

Thanks for the information. have you tried checking for any pending/missing updates for video driver and updating it. Also, try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and check as suggested earlier.
