Sync the application settings

Is it possible to sync the application settings of DC Reader? I have 3 PCs and I want, that the Toolbox isn't visible by default on every machine i am logged in with my Adobbe-ID. How can I do this?

Hi gaebster,

By "tool box isn't visible" if you mean to hide the tool pane at right whenever you open the PDF, then use the following steps for that:

  • Close the tool pane at right manually
  • Now go to Edit menu > Preferences > Documents.
  • Check the box for "Remember current state of tools pane".
  • Click OK at the bottom to save settings.
  • Then relaunch the application.

You need to perform these steps on each system manually. You cannot sync the application settings.
