System Error on Fill and Sign

I'm trying to send a PDF by email with E-signatures, and when i click on the "send via email or fax" it gives me a message saying "There is a system error please try again later." How am i able to fix this so i can send E-Signature docs?

    Hi mariap77107808,

    Assuming you have Acrobat Reader installed on the machine, could you please check if there is an update available for the application?

    Launch Reader>click Help>select Check for Updates

    Please confirm the application installed on the machine- Acrobat Reader/ Adobe Acrobat?

    The dot version of the application- launch Reader for ex>click Help>select About Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

    Have you tried sending another pdf?  Does that work?
