Tentativa de acessar endereço inválida

Prezados amigos, boa noite!Já não sei mais para onde ir com esse problema.Não consigo utilizar os produtos da Adobe sem que venha o erro (Tentativa de acessar endereço inválida).O Adobe Reader e o Acrobat são os produtos que mais vem ocasionando esse erro.Alguém já passou por isso para poder me ajudar? Os programas ficam instalados em uma VM com OS Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard 100% atualizado.Já cheguei até mesmo a fazer uma limpeza interna no host achando que poderia esta relacionado as memorias ou algo do tipo.AGUARDO RETORNO, OBRIGADO!

Adoobe Reader "Attempt to access invalid address" and see if that helps.
