Terrible Experience

DearAdobe Team,

I am contacting you in regards a case that happened with me last month.

I needed to edit a PDF file so what I did id that I subscribed for one month and it has been debited from my bank account but unfortunately I couldn't edit the PDF file and till the moment I can't have this option working.

I am requesting the adobe team to make sure that I unsubscribe and if it is possible to give a call as soon as possible and take me through the process since I don't want to be charged for services that are not working.

This is a terrible experience from such a good company with great reputation. I wonder how this happened!

Please contact me ASAP!!!

Thanks,

Taleen

The reader is not the issue... the edit part is the issue...

Thank you for your reply though..

You can cancel at the link above but if you want it to work, you need to download and install the full version of Adobe Acrobat. Purchasing the subscription does not add editing features to the free Acrobat Reader, it's a completely different program that you need.
