Text not appearing correctly in fillable field

When filling out a pdf, provided by a public entity, the text appears too low, showing only the top part 

of the text. I checked off "highlight fields." Tried changing the size of the document. Windows 10 and Acrobat 7 Standard. Example attached.

Thank you for sharing the input. 

 

We tried to reproduce the issue at our end but it worked fine. I suggest trying Acrobat Reader to fill in the fields and check if it works.

From the screenshot shared, are you facing this issue with a single file or with all the files you try to fill in? Would it be possible to share the file with us for testing purpose so we could check with the file to where things are going wrong?

Hi, thanks.. Actually, maybe I posted in the wrong site since I have full Adobe 7.0. It was in several forms I was 
trying to work on for a friend.  In this packet enclosed, all of the fillable fields filled in "low," not in the correct field.
