I have a PDF from a few years ago.  I open it and I can select text to copy or highlight.  I just now downloaded a web page and saved it as a PDF.  Now on this latest save, I can not get the hand tool to change from an arrow to the select tool.  Within the same PDF viewer, both PDFs are open.  The old one can select but the new one can not.  Both documents are Commenting and Content Copying Allowed.  Any ideas?

    Please let me know the exact Adobe product and version number your are using.

    Is it possible for you to share the link of the webpage you converted or the converted PDF file.
