the application can not be successfully started

Hello, I can not print any documents because I get the error message "can not start the application correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application".

I tried to uninstall and download again adobe but the error always comes out. what should I do?

    Sorry for the delay in response to your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused. As per the description above, you are getting the error code 0xc0000022 while printing a PDF, Is that correct?

    As you mentioned that you have already tried uninstallation and reinstallation, please refer to the following KB doc and try the troubleshooting steps Application unable to Start correctly Error: 0xc0000022 || 0x00000022 Link: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-8401

    If the issue still persists, please use the Adobe Cleaner tool to uninstall the Acrobat Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  Link: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html

    Restart the computer and install the Acrobat from Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X

    For Reader Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

    Please share the following details:

    1. Is it Acrobat or Reader installed, check from Help>About Acrobat/Reader.
    2. Is it a Mac or Windows machine?
    3. Is it happening  with all the PDF files or with specific PDF file?
