Question

The Document could not be printed, There were no pages selected to print

I have uninstalled my printer drivers as well as Reader and have reinstalled back everything. I have also deleted preferences folder, and even did a repair under help tab in Reader. Nothing works. I am not an IT expert, so do help me out in this. Thank you.

No one got back to me on this, but Brother Printer did and they managed to solve the problem for me. I'm putting it up here in case anyone has the same issues. Open up Reader > Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced) > Untick Enable Protected Mode at startup. Done!

We apologize for the delay on this.

Its good that it worked for you,  but Adobe never recommend to disable the "Protected mode at startup" .

Yes, that is a solution at some point as for testing purpose we advise to try, but later on we suggest to turn the protected mode at start up ON.

Hi Akki,

I understand it involves security. But in this case, what do you suggest since nothing else work? I would also not choose this option if I really had a choice, especially with security lapse happening all over.

Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused.

Cloud you please confirm which printer you are using? or are you able to see your printer listed  under Adobe Reader's printer list?

Hi, I am using Brother printer and I am able to see the printer in the drop-down list. This has never occurred before. It was only recently. I do have the updated Brother driver installed. So I do not know what is wrong.
