The file cannot be saved online. Make sure you are connected to the internet, then try again

I have started having this error when i try to upload to the cloud.

Not changed any settings or anything, but this keeps coming up.  I cant see anything anywhere on the community that advises why this is happening.

I have internet connection and can load up the cloud in the DC app... just cant add to it.

    Hi Caretakersc,

    As you are trying to upload the PDF to Document Cloud in Adobe Reader DC and receiving an error, try once to sign out of the application and reboot the machine.

    Then launch the Reader application and sign-in with your Adobe ID.

    After that, try uploading the PDF and check if you still receive the error.

    Also, try repairing the application. Launch Reader and go to Help menu > Repair Installation.

    Make sure that you are using the latest version of the application.

    Try once to upload the file online.

    Open this link https://cloud.acrobat.com/  and sign in with the same Adobe ID that you use in Reader DC.

    Then go to File  > Document Cloud. Click on upload file icon at top right of the window.

    Check if you can upload the file without any issue.
