The file may be read-only, or another user may have it open - MAC OS Monterey

Hello - i keep on getting this message since i installed OS Monterey on my mac.

The file may be read-only, or another user may have it open. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder. 

 

I have uninstalled Adobe and re-installed and also unchecked show online storage whn opening files and saving files.

 

Not able to save any editable PDF using Adobde Pro DC.  Please help..

So, i was able to edit the PDF and Save the file it i was accessing the file via USB Drive and saving to USB drive.,  but soon as i move the file to macbook and try to edit and save.. get the same error message.. for now this works for me to get the job done but if anyone know how i can get around this, please let me know.....
