The fill & sign freezes every time I click on add signature or add initials on Acrobat Reader DC

As the screen freezes on adding signature under the Fill & Sign tool, please try once to repair the application and ensure that it is updated to the latest version. In the application, go to Help > Repair Installation or Check for updates.

If the issue persists, try removing the application and rebooting the machine.

Then reinstall the application directly from the following page: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/.
