The font Fette Engschrift regular... not found

Neuerdings gibt es folgendes Problem mit dem DC Reader:

Eine PDF-Datei erzeugt aus einem CAD-Plan enthält sowohl Umlaute als auch Hochzahlen. Beim Laden wird angezeigt

"Die Schrift FetteEngschrift-Regular konnte nicht gefunden werden..."

Offensichtlich wird sie aber verwendet, lediglich Textzeilen mit Umlauten und Hochzahlen werden dann als Punkt-Linien dargestellt.

Textzeilen ohne Umlaute und Hochzahlen werden korrekt angezeigt!

Hi IbgGansel,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Could you please confirm if font FetteEngschrift-Regular is embedded in the pdf using File > Properties > Fonts tab?

Also, try changing following settings and check if that helps:

1- Locate Reader DC's shortcut on desktop> right click > Properties > Compatibility > Compatibility mode > check the box which says Run this program in compatibility mode for, and select 7 from drop-down options > Apply > OK.

2- If that doesn't help, go to Edit - Preferences (or Ctrl+K) - Page Display - uncheck the box which says "Use local fonts", relaunch Reader and try again.
