The free PDF reader continually wants me to accept a free trial. When I say no it closes and I can't read PDFs.

I also have a paid version of Adobe and that continually wants me to change the password.

I have found the Adobe support service useless.

Free Reader don't manadate user to start trial, you must be having Acrobat. To get Reader, Please uninstall current app annd install Reader from https://get.adobe.com/reader .

For Change password issue, could you elaborate more what happens if you change the password ?
