the icon for Combine files is gone

Hi folks,

Yesterday I combined files.  Today, I cannot.  The icon is not there anymore.

Help!

Hello Janice,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, we were experiencing some issues with the Document Cloud services page, but now it's up and running.

the record shows that you have an active subscription to Adobe PDFPack services, Try to access the services and can look for the files through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/ on a browser like Chrome or Firefox or Safari.

Sign out and Sign back in Adobe Reader using your current Adobe ID and password, reboot the machine and check.
