The selected certificate has errors: Invalid policy constraint

Hello. I'm signing my document programmatically with an ssl certificate but I get an error: The selected certificate has errors: Invalid policy constraint.

In the Certificate policies I have:

Policy OID: 2.23.140.1.2.1

Policy OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.38064.1.3.1.1
URL: https://www.ssl.com/repository

What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it?

SSL certificates are not document signing certificates.
