Sorry for the delay in response.

What do you mean by document printing only at 50% of its height? Is it the page view you are referring to?

Are you using Adobe Acrobat or Reader DC for document printing? On the Print preview dialog box, check the scaling.

Under Page sizing & handling, select Actual Size or Fit page.
