The title bar on reader DC for Mac OS version 10.12.2 stopped appearing. Cannot "save as" a downloaded PDF. Cannot even "save". Please help.

The title bar on reader DC for Mac OS version 10.12.2 stopped appearing.  Cannot "save as" a downloaded PDF.  Cannot even "save". Please help.

    It seems that this is a problem with Bank of America downloaded documents.  When the statement opens in reader it does does not send a message to open the header.  The work around is to select download with screen reader.
