Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

It seems that installation for Acrobat Std. Didn't complete successfully. Hence, the display isn't correct.

Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s file traces:

https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

and then download the installer from here https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html 

Once done, please let us know if everything launches correctly.
