I have the error code come up "there was a problem with this document (131)". Now, upon getting this error I decided to look up the problem. The answer I got was this "Disable the Full Save option in the ReaderExtensions tool, and apply the rights again. Disabling this option enables the incremental save feature in the PDF. The incremental save features makes the file slightly bigger and makes Acrobat or Reader perform the save operation faster without the file becoming corrupted. If you aen't using the web interface, but use the API to apply rights, you can activate the incremental save using the PDFUtilitySaveMode object." now this answer only rose more questions such as "what is readerextensions?" "where do I access this tool?" "how do I use it?" and a few other inappropriate and frustrating things that i won't say on here that needless to say made me more irritated with adobe's help system (or lack there of). I looked into it (with no help from adobe since you can't just call up the helpline any time and is just generally unavailable to me because i'm not a "premium" user). I found out that the ReaderExtensions tool is a premium user tool that you have to pay for and I don't have. I can view the pdf just fine so clearly it is not having any problem with this document but every time that i so much as scroll down to the next page, this useless error code comes up. My question is how do I fix this issue without the ReaderExtensions tool?

P.S. I refuse to pay for something in order to fix a problem that is due to YOUR program not functioning correctly and i shouldn't have to pay just to talk to a representative when (again) YOUR product doesn't function properly.
