    hi,

    OS version is 10.14.6;

    The acrobat version is 19.021.20048;

    It worded well before, and only in the last few days that I started having this problem;

    No third party plugin, but a PDFelement was installed on my mac for a long time. they worked well together, so I don’t think it’s it;

    I set Adobe acrobat as the default software to open PDF files, and this issue happens every time when I try to open a PDF file.

    Thank you so much.

    kind regards,

    rujie zhang.

    Thanks for the response. Can you please share the dumps and sample process of the Acrobat while this error appears.
    You can refer the steps mentioned at https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/collect-logs-crash-freeze.html for getting the dumps on mac.
