This File Can't Be Modified

I've created a fillable pdf that works perfectly on via desktop, however, if a client tries to complete the form via iPad - Share file via Acrobat then Fill & Sign they get a blue bar error message which says "This file can't be modified".

Was hoping someone might have come across the same problem and can recommend a fix for this.

Hi there, Yes I added protection to the document.

It works perfectly fine on desktop, just appears to be a problem in the mobile app. I'm guessing this is a bug?

We added to protection to make it a little more difficult for someone to go... yes I like this form and stick their own logo on it etc etc..

Remove the protection and you can use Fill & Sign on mobile devices.
