ZI'm having problems with Adobe Pro. I try to certify my document, and Adobe asks me to buy the plan again, however, when I try to make the purchase the response is: this purchase is not compatible. including confirming that the plan is active.

@CarmenComN wow, a frustrating loop with Adobe Pro! Where it's prompting you to repurchase a plan that's already active and then preventing the purchase anyway. Try this solution is to first make sure you are signed into Adobe Pro with the correct Adobe ID associated with your active subscription. Sign out of your account within the application and then sign back in. If the issue persists, try accessing your Adobe account directly through a web browser to verify the status of your subscription and ensure there are no billing issues or discrepancies. If your subscription is confirmed as active online, the problem might be with the local activation of the software on your computer. In this case, try deactivating your license (if the option is available in the Help menu) and then reactivating it.

Hi @CarmenComN,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with accessing Acrobat.

I checked your email address registered on the community, and the entitlement for Acrobat Pro DC is active.

If you still experience the issue, you might want to consider deleting the licensing files related to Adobe and then try again.

Please review the steps mentioned in the given help article: https://adobe.ly/3GUt4ab.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,
Souvik.
