Thumbnails preview for file explorer not working in windows explorer.

The thumbnail preview suddenly doesn't work on my computer. Windows 10, 64 bit.

my acrobat reader is 2020.009.20074.

I tried to uncheck the enable preview, it uninstalled and i redo the installation process and it still doesn't work. Used to work fine I supposed until suddenly.

Please help me for a solution. thanks!

I was wondering if it had anything to do with PDFsam that I installed?

tried reinstalling, editing registry, clearing cache but none worked.
