Tick Box Selection

When selecting one box of a series all boxes get selected with the "Tick" mark.  Is there some setting that is causing this?

Your suggest does not make sense - these forms are not created by myself but 10 people in our office download and use the same forms and they do not have the issue - only I have this issue.  If it was a form issue at origin everyone would be impacted.

Share the Acrobat application and OS version you are using to fill the form.

Good morning.  These forms, and it applies to all forms I open, are not my forms but rather forms that are available on various systems.  Multiple users download and prepare the same forms and no one else is having this issue.  It is only my Adobe that is doing this.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program and this all started after the recent updates.  If the section of the form has four boxes and you are to select one, when I select one box with an indicator all four boxes will get selected and then show on the form as four selected boxes vs just one.

It seems that you are filling a PDF form. The issue might be occurring as the form fields were added in that way in the PDF form.

Could you please confirm if the form is created by you?

If you are not the creator of the PDF form, please get in touch with the sender to get this corrected.
