Tile one 11x17 landscape to two 11x8-1/2 portrait?

One 11x17 in landscape equals two 11x8.5 side-by-side in portrait. How can I get that to print that way so I don't get 4 sheets of paper to tape together that tiling produces? Using full Acrobat 11 in Windows 11.
