To ACP expert Bernd Alheit your answer did not solve my Reader/document problem. Document will not print and is trapped in saved mode still.

Question

I have followed your instructions of your answer and it did not solve the problem.I start the

Reader and click on File in the menu bar and click open and the file/document I want to

print shows and then I click print. The document library shows I select file/document I want to print

but the problem is the file/document is trapped in saved mode.I click the saved box and

the document in Reader will not print still. I need to know how to free the file/document

from the saved mode in the Documents library because when I click on saved box in the

documents library I am not able to print from Reader. When I click on print box the

document will not print. Instead, the documents library webpage shows and

the file/document stays in saved mode. I am still not able to print from Reader.
