To Delete Text With Certain Font in a Pdf File

Hello, I'd like to know if there's possibility to delete chunks text with a certain font/size (the small Georgia in this case) in whole pdf file. I have Acrobat XI Pro.

For example I have this screenshot from which file I'd like to apply this, to delete text blocks marked with O and keep X. the text with faded smaller font should be deleted, in order to abridge the document. Whole document is OCR'd so text is separated from the background and selectable, but the document is about 2000 pages. I can select one block of text I want and delete, but I'd like to select all similar text in all pages, then delete them. Is this possible?

Redaction is the most efficient tool, by drawing a redaction box manually on each page. Yes, it will take ages. Redaction has some automation functions but not this.

No. PDF files were never meant to be edited in such an extensive way, certainly not automatically.

shoot. Manual deletion would take ages. Adobe has to address this. I don't want to surf third party stuff just to be able to do this.
