Question

To save storage I tried transferring all the adobe acrobat 64 bit program files to my program files but it didn't work. Was then advised to uninstall and reinstall which I did but now it wants me to sign in.

Microsoft randomly closed my file I was working on today saying I need to increase disk storage. As Adobe Acrobat was ne of the bigger files I went to transfer the program files from my Operating System to user data.

I was unsucessful and had to cancel transfer but most of it did but not without causing it to stop working. Called Adobe who referred me to Microsoft who then referred me to Adobe who advised me to uninstall and reinstall it. Now wants me to login in even though I never had an account and now had to register my university account to make this post.

It sounds like the reinstall reset the app. If Acrobat is licensed through your university, try signing in with your university account or contact your IT support to restore access.
