Tool tip in Google Chrome

Hi everyone — Anyone here open their PDF in a browser? I opened mine in Google Chrome, and when I hovered on a link, a tool tip popped up that looks like a sticky note. Is there a way of removing this in Chrome? Does this also happen in other browsers, especially Safari? Please see below screenshot.

    Google Chrome doesn't use the Adobe Reader plug-in so, you'll want to ask in a forum for Chrome.
