Toolbar at Top of Document

Just upgraded to Reader DC and I don't like the floating toolbar but would like to permanently fix it to the top of the document when it opens. I can move it to the top by clicking on the icon on the far right of the toolbar or Ctrl + H, but I would like it always at the top without the clicking. Previous versions of Reader allowed this to be done but I can seem to figure it out in DC.

Help?

In the preferences disable the entry "Display in Read Mode by default".

Thank you. That was the fix I needed. However, what is"Read Mode" (am I missing anything by having this unchecked) and how do I now prevent the right side "tools menu" from opening with every document? There used to be a "Tools" option labeled in the top toolbar.

The "Read Mode" hides the toolbar.
