Tools order change

Hi,

when i open a PDF Document and i want to sign it with the tool Certificates, i always have to press more tools , but i want to change the order of the tools, so that i can quickly press certificates without scrolling down.

Is it possible to change the order of these tools on the right side of the PDF documents?
