Tooltip help!

Tooltips have been added to a newly created to the Adobe form that work well when I save the form to a group drive, but the tooltips no longer appear once the file is uploaded to our learning management system. Ideally, it would be great for everyone to see these tips as they download the doc from our LMS library. Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated!

Do the tooltips show up with Acrobat and Acrobat Reader? If so, can either of those be used to view the PDF?

In what application is the file being opened once it's uploaded to that system?

Thanks for the question! Schoox is the LMS/application that is being used.
